Ronald Burns is Department Chair and Professor of Criminal Justice. He has published six books and numerous manuscripts in the areas of the criminal justice system, policing, white collar crime, and multiculturalism in the criminal justice system. He teaches "Police in a Free Society," "Multiculturalism in the Criminal Justice System," "Critical Issues in Crime and Justice," "Federal Law Enforcement," and "Introduction to Criminal Justice." He is the Department of Criminal Justice's Internship Director. Dr. Burns graduated from Florida State University in 1997 and has been at TCU ever since.
