Professor Agolini's research has focused on the identification and examination of Secretory Carrier Membrane Proteins (SCAMPs), a family of integral membrane proteins that are highly conserved from invertebrates to humans. Prior to joining AU her research advanced during post-doctoral fellowships at Harvard Medical School and The University of Pennsylvania.
