Dr. Krantz is a native of New York City and a graduate of the City College of New York. He received his master’s and doctor degrees in Child Development and Family Relationships from Pennsylvania State University. Dr. Krantz has taught at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Auburn University, Kansas State University, and has been in his present position at Florida State University since 1980. He has been actively involved in child development research and has published more than twenty research articles in professional journals. His major research interest is the development of social competency in young children. He has directed research and development programs for at-risk children, administered day care centers, preschools, and other child related services. His current interest is in the development of online distance learning applications and programs. Or.
