Raúl Bueno is also author of three books of poetry: Viaje de Argos y Otros Poemas (1964), De la Voz y el Estío (1966) and Lengua de Vigía & Memorando Europeo (1986). From 1997 through 2010, he has been the editor and director of the Revista de Crítica Literaria Latinoamericana (RCLL). During the academic year of 2010 – 2011 he was the President of the New England Council of Latin American Studies (NECLAS).
