Dr. Ronald W. Rebore is a tenured Professor of Educational Leadership and Higher Education and also the Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs in the Graduate School. He joined the faculty of Saint Louis University in 1996. Dr. Rebore has a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy, a Master's Degree in Counseling and Guidance, and a Ph.D. Degree in Educational Administration. Before coming to the University, Dr. Rebore was a central office educational administrator for approximately twenty-two years, eight years as an assistant superintendent for business and finance and fourteen years as a superintendent of schools. Before becoming an administrator, Dr. Rebore was a high school English and social studies teacher for four years and a high school guidance counselor for four years. His research interests center around the human dimensions of educational leadership, which include ethics, human resources administration, human relations, and the spirituality of leadership. As a result of his research and scholarship, Dr. Rebore has forty-three publications that include ten books. Two of his books have been translated into Chinese and have been adopted by the ministry of education in China to educate future educational leaders.
