I am passionate about the profession of social work and believe deeply in the importance of working to impact change at all levels. I enjoy the process of supporting, educating and empowering students and field instructors through the field education process. I believe in the learning and growth that occurs through field education and sound supervision, and emphasize professional use of self and reflective practice.
