At St. Thomas since 2007 Introduction to Sociology, Crime and Delinquency, Police in Society, Internship in Criminal Justice Dr. Gladney completed her Ph.D. (2009) in Sociology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Dr. Gladney serves as the law enforcement coordinator for the department. Her previous law enforcement experience includes 10 years with state capitol police of Mississippi.
