Claudia’s primary role as the 4-H Animal Science Extension Specialist is to develop and implement 4-H youth livestock and equine educational programs throughout Tennessee. As part of her graduate studies, she examined the level of involvement and retention between youth enrolled in the 4-H livestock and non-livestock programs within the state of Kentucky.
