Juliann Allison (Assistant Professor) received her Ph.D from the University of California, Los Angeles and joined the UCR faculty in 1997. Her teaching interests include international political economy and environmental politics. Her research efforts have been supported by the California Energy Commission and the National Science Foundation. Professor Allison's recent publications include: Creating Distributed Generation Policy to Improve Air Quality: "Can We Have Our Cake and Eat it Too?" Energy Policy Journal (forthcoming); "Information and International Politics: an Overview," Technology, Development and Democracy: International Conflict and Cooperation in the Information Age.
