简介

My main areas of research are policies to reduce poverty and vulnerability in rural settings, policies to stimulate economic development in disadvantaged and marginal areas, and assessment of impacts of agricultural and rural development programs. I work with international donors to explore means of reducing poverty and vulnerability in rural areas of developing countries and advise local governments in the US on actions they can take to stimulate economic development.
