Mrs. Marra has been a practicing speech-language pathologist in the Pittsburgh area since 1984. She was worked in both inpatient and outpatient facilities treating adults with neurological impairments and children with speech and language impairments. At Duquesne, Mrs. Marra is a Clinical Instructor in the Child Language Clinic where she supervises graduate students in the evaluation and treatment of children with language disorders. In addition, Mrs. Marra teaches Normal Speech and Language Development to undergraduate students. In the course, she instills the student's learning of the fundamental theories, terminology and stages related to typical speech and language development in children.
