I have been working mainly with Spanish and English within the context of bilingualism, including adult second language and heritage speaker bilingualism. My goal is to contribute to the understanding of language phenomena that involve different areas of language, namely, syntax, morphology and phonology. I am also interested in bilingualism as it relates to language education, language policies and national identity.
