Kevin Russell serves USC Palmetto College as Associate Chancellor, Business and Human Resources. His higher education experiences include working with financial aid and student accounting at USC Lancaster before serving as Director of Budget & Finance at USC Salkehatchie prior to his current position. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina, Darla Moore School of Business and a Master of Business Administration from Winthrop University.
