Dr. Campbell�s clinical interests include trauma, surgery of the temporomandibular joint, dental implant site preparation and surgery, and surgery for pathology and facial reconstruction. He has received funding for eighteen research projects since 1990, and has twice been the recipient of a prestigious Research Support Grant from the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Foundation. He serves as an ad hoc reviewer for several professional journals, including the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He has served as a site visitor of oral and maxillofacial surgery programs for the Commission on Dental Accreditation of the American Dental Association, and presently serves as President of the Western New York Society of Oral and Maxillofaical Surgeons.
