Ms. Earwood’s professional interest in criminal justice began in the field of juvenile justice, where she spent the first eight years of her professional career as a probation officer and administrator in residential child care for delinquent youth. Her passion for juvenile justice and restorative justice has grown to include adult probation, parole, and community corrections. Her master’s thesis is entitled "Victim Offender Mediation: An Analysis of Recidivism at the Clayton County Juvenile Court."
