Responsible for developing, coordinating, and supervising undergraduate level field placement sites within the community and for analyzing field placement learning outcomes for undergraduate students. • Responsible for implementing, administering, and maintaining field data in Intern Placement Tracking (IPT) system as well as training faculty field liaisons and program staff on its use. • Accountable for ensuring the Field Education Program adheres to the CSWE Educational Policy and Accreditation Standards; working with UMB School of Social Work as part of the CSWE Reaffirmation team. • Serves as liaison between local agencies and the University for BSW field placements. • Teaching online version of SOWK 240 (Information Technology in Social Work). • Serves as Student Social Work Association faculty advisor; chair of UMBC Field Education Committee; member of UMB School of Social Work Field Education Committee; and member of UMBC Athletics/Recreation Policy Committee. • Responsible for academic advising of approximately 40 undergraduate social work students.
