Dr. Stephen E Poe is a Professor of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering and Agricultural Education. He served as the Yuma Academic Program Coordinator in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences from 1998 until relocating to Tucson in 2009, and still teaches distance classes for Yuma students. As a Cooperative Extension Specialist his assignments include work in livestock waste management, energy systems, but currently focus on hands-on Irrigation system design, installation and maintenance. Research and teaching interests involve a wide range of agricultural topics including distance education and instructional design.
