Dr. Aronovich is the assistant program director of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency program. He obtained his dental degree from McGill University, GPR training at Fletcher Allen in Burlington Vermont, residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Hospital of Saint Raphael/Yale-New Haven Hospital, and a fellowship in Pediatric Craniomaxillofacial Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He has private practice experience at Connecticut Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates. He will be performing dento-alveolar surgery (including third molar extractions and implants) and outpatient anesthesia at the dental school's Oral Surgery clinic three half days per week. His adult and pediatric hospital practices include reconstructive bone grafting, implantology, orthognathic surgery, pediatric maxillofacial surgery, cleft lip and palate, surgical management of TMJ disorders, pathology, trauma, and sleep apnea.
