James Haltiner DBA, University of Virginia, teaches core financial management classes in the Flex MBA Program and Executive MBA Program and investments/portfolio electives in the BBA Program; he also provides oversight of the MBA student managed equity portfolio, "The Batten Fund" and the undergraduate "SMIF" Portfolio
In 2004, he was named the Frank Batten Professor for Distinguished MBA Teaching and in 2007 was named Chancellor Professor of Business.
