I grew up in northeast Oklahoma with my parents and five siblings. After high school, I attended Oklahoma State University. While I was at OSU, I became very involved as a Resident Assistant and really enjoyed meeting and helping fellow students. From my RA experience, I felt God directing me to continue to work with college students. After earning my BS in Business Administration at OSU, I went to the University of Mississippi where I served as a graduate Residence Hall Director for two years while working on my MA in Higher Education Administration. After completing my Master's, I was drawn to Baylor University by the incredible students, the university's amazing accomplishments, and its dedication to integrating faith with learning. I served as a Residence Hall Director at Baylor for three years in an all-female, freshmen community. In August 2013, I transitioned into the role of the Residence Hall Director for Earle Hall Health & Science Living & Learning Community. I love working with college students, specifically Science and Health students, because of their deep desire to serve others and inspiring love for learning. I am excited to get to know students and make their residential experience a positive one!
