John graduated from Elon University before acquiring his PharmD from the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. He completed his residency at Virginia Commonwealth University and Kroger Pharmacy in Charlottesville, VA. John's special areas of professional interest are over-the-counter and self-care product recommendations, anticoagulation and cardiovascular health. An interesting fact about John is that he is a previous National, World and Junior Olympic jump rope champion! He is a passionate fan of Arsenal Soccer, Ranger Hockey and of course Carolina Basketball.
