Dr. Janine Barden-O'Fallon has worked in the field of monitoring, evaluation and research in international health and development for more than a decade. She specializes in family planning and reproductive health, collecting primary quantitative and qualitative data, developing M&E tools and methodologies and providing technical assistance to in-country government agencies and organizations on the collection, analysis and use of information for program planning and decision-making. She served as Director of MEASURE Evaluation PRH, a five-year USAID-funded project, from 2009-2014.
