Nataša Gruden-Alajbegovic manages Global Projects at the U-M International Institute: Program in International and Comparative Studies (PICS), Center for World Performance Studies (CWPS), and the Human Rights Initiative. Nataša is responsible for finances and budget, personnel, and program development and serves as the liaison to other units of the University. She also works with directors to coordinate student services, establish initiatives, and maintain programs. Nataša holds a master's degree in political science and is a specialist on Southeast Europe. She has been with the International Institute for 12 years.
