The Department of Latin American and Iberian Cultures at Columbia University in the City of New York fosters a deep understanding of the multiple languages, histories, and cultures of both Latin American and the Iberian Peninsula. Pedagogical rigor and innovative research sustain our intellectual mission and define every level of our curriculum.
