Dennis M. Daley is Professor of Public Administration, North Carolina State University. Professor Daley has conducted research on Human Resource Management focusing on performance appraisal, strategic management, and benefits. He has also conducted research on organizational behavior issues related to employee motivation and job satisfaction. Professor Daley has engaged in data collection constructing eight surveys instruments as well as extensive advanced statistical data analysis using secondary datasets. He has authored two books and over fifty articles and book chapters. Professor Daley earned B.A.s from Montana State University (Bozeman), an M.A. from the University of Montana (Missoula), and a Ph.D. from Washington State University (Pullman). He has previously served on the faculties at Minnesota State University (Mankato), Iowa State University, and the University of Mississippi
