Bantham has taught ten different courses while at Illinois State University. He most typically teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in operations management, graduate courses in project management, and BUS 100, an undergraduate entry level course required by all business majors. Bantham's research interests are in the areas of supply chain management, buyer-supplier relationships, and the scholarship of teaching and learning. He has made presentations to a number of professional organizations, including the Decision Sciences Institute and the Production and Operations Management Society.
