Professor Costigan is currently a professor of Management at St. John Fisher College. His research interests include international human resource management, interpersonal trust, business education, recruitment and selection, and performance appraisal. His publications have appeared in the Journal of World Business, Journal of Management Education, Journal of Business and Psychology, International Journal of Manpower, Canadian Journal of Administrative Sciences, Journal of Managerial Issues, and the Quality Management Journal. Bob currently teaches the following courses: Managing Team and Organizational Behavior, Staffing and Developing Human Resources, Rewarding and Maintaining Human Resources, and MBA course titled Management: Critical Communication Skills.
