Dr. Dennis L. Mott is a Professor of Management for the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University. Professor Mott conducts research, lectures, and consults about many facets of business organization and internal operations. Emphasis is on macro-organizational change in the areas of culture, knowledge management, and organizational effectiveness. Micro-management research applications center on personal success quotients for those in positions for advancement within the modern organization. Applied results of Professor Mott’s research include enhanced leadership skill, improved personal and position motivation, the positive impact of improved organizational effectiveness at the bottom line, and various metrics of human-resource management.
