Dr. Matt Bowler earned his PhD in Management at the University of Kentucky, served on the faculty at The University of North Texas, and is the Don R. Brattain Professor of Management in the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University. Prior to his academic career he worked as a field manager for a relief organization in Guatemala. Dr. Bowler’s research interests include social networks, leadership, OCB and deviance. His research has been published in journals including Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Journal of Personal Selling and Sales Management and Human Resource Management Review among others.
