In its first ever national faculty ranking, BusinessWeek ranked Professor Ahuja as #2 on the list of Most Popular Professors in the United States of America (2011). Other honors include selection by the Government of India to deliver the Pravasi Bharatiya Divas Oration (one person of Indian origin selected each year to celebrate the Indian diaspora); the Senior Faculty Research Award (for lifetime achievement) from the Ross School for sustained path-breaking research as a thought-leader in the field of Strategy; the Il Sigillum Magnum Medal by the University of Bologna in Italy, the world’s oldest continuously functioning university and Lectio Magistralis, Luiss University in Rome.
