Aaron joined the Baylor Institute for Air Science as an adjunct lecturer in 2009. His background in Student Affairs has uniquely prepared him to teach the Introduction to Aviation course and work with first-year students. As a former admissions counselor at Baylor, as well as a former graduate assistant, Aaron understands the needs of new college students and how to direct them to the resources necessary for them to thrive. Working as a full-time flight instructor, Aaron is interested in overhauling the entire flight training experience. He specifically concentrates on improving airmanship industry-wide through bringing tailwheel training back to the mainstream, as well as aviation curriculum development and new flight instructor training. Aaron is currently one of two NAFI-accredited Master Flight Instructors in Texas.
