F. B. “Ben” Harvie, Jr. is currently a senior shareholder at Novelli, Harvie & Huzinec Attorneys at Law in Houston, Texas. In addition to being licensed by the State Bar of Texas since 1971, Ben is licensed to practice in the United States Supreme Court; the United States Court of Appeals and the Fifth Circuit and Federal District Court for the Southern, Western and Eastern districts of Texas. Ben is a member of the American Bar Association-Aviation Law Section and he belongs to the Houston Bar Association.
