Joyce E. Bono is a Professor of Management at the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business. She has a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior (minor in Personality and Social Psychology) from the Universit y of Iowa (2001), an MS in A dministration from the University of Notre Dame Business School (1996), and BA from Spring Arbor College in Human Resources (1990). Her research interests include leadership, personality, motivation, job attitudes and emotions, the advancement of women lea ders , and the effects of managers on employees’ quality of work life. She has published more than 30 articles on these and related topics journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Leadership Quart erly, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology , and Psychological Bulletin . She teaches graduate level Leadership , Motivation and Attitudes, and Organizational Behavior.
