Dr Seymour is a Team Leader and is also Associate Director of the Regular Physiology MS program. He received his Ph.D. in Neurobiology from the University Of Illinois, Chicago and is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacology & Physiology. Dr Seymour directs the Introduction to Neurophysiology and Biomedical Career Pathways courses, and teaches in Principles of Gross Anatomy, Advanced Physiology & Pathophysiology, and Physiology forum. His research interests are in presynaptic plasticity via modulation of vesicle fusion machinery. His extracurricular interests include DJing, electronic music production, and martial arts.
