Current research interests in studies of magnetism in complex oxides and more generally correlated phase behavior in strongly correlated electron/quantum materials. Specific focuses include studies of strongly spin-orbit coupled materials, studies of unconventional superconductivity, and quantum criticality. Experimental techniques include neutron and x-ray scattering, bulk electronic properties characterization (e.g. charge transport, heat capacity, magnetic susceptibility, ...), and on-campus crystal growth efforts.
