The career background presented here is well versed in leading creative efforts, mentoring, developing and training design staff and teams, business development, management, branding and services, as well as design and technology. I wish to build upon and offer these foundations in an environment conducive to career growth, creative and business initiative, and practical as well as theoretical application. Having worked as a senior and principal designer in architectural firms, having taught in several Universities, having worked as an academic administrator, and having established an innovative business in a difficult market, my goals are to gain skill sets and practical experience so as to bring much value to corporations, academies and organizations seeking creative and engaging leadership and that are committed to design excellence.
