Dr. Farrokh Mamaghani is professor of information systems. Prior to joining St. John Fisher College, he was a senior programmer at the Systems Design Concepts, Inc. in Washington DC, and systems analyst at the World Bank. His research interests are in information technology resources evaluation/selection, data and information life-cycle cost, knowledge management, information technology workforce issues, and information systems security. Dr. Mamaghani has taught various courses in information systems/technology including systems analysis and design, database management systems, data communications and network management, information technology management, project management at undergraduate level and managerial applications of information technology and managing information technology in business environment at graduate level.
