Patricia (Trish) Holden is the Director of the UCSB Natural Reserve System, equivalent to 50% of her teaching credit. In academic year 2014-15, she is teaching ESM 214, Biological Waste Treatment, and ESM595JJ, a PhD Seminar in Environmental Microbiology. Professor Holden‘s background is in civil/environmental engineering and soil microbiology. Her research cross-cuts these fields.
