At the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, we’re committed to improving the world. Big Orange, Big Ideas is a slogan we hear often at Tennessee. At Haslam, we take those words a step farther, delivering big results by producing better, more prepared students and impactful, interdisciplinary research. From our top-notch supply chain management and highly regarded accounting programs to our renowned Global Leadership Scholars program and Physician EMBA program, we are 100 years strong in business education. Our six departments, nine centers and institutes and four forums, and graduate and executive education programs reach across the for profit, not-for-profit and governmental sectors of business. The Haslam College of Business consists of approximately 5,500 undergraduate and graduate students, 130 faculty and 125 staff members. When you become a Vol for Life, you’re tapping into a network that literally spans the globe. We are particularly thankful for the alumni, corporate partners and friends who support the college. These gifts make a significant impact on our students and faculty. Approximately 20 percent of the undergraduate degrees at UT and more than 15 percent of the graduate degrees are conferred by the college. In addition, more than 2,000 students benefit from instruction in the business school while pursuing other degrees across the university. The Haslam College of Business has been accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business since 1941.
