The Department of Management strives to provide high-quality, engaging, and accessible business education, relevant and innovative outreach, and high-impact research to improve the lives of people in Oklahoma and beyond. We take pride in our department's strong commitment to teaching excellence and we offer a wide variety of instruction at the undergraduate, graduate, and Ph.D. level. Our faculty strive to advance management theory and scholarship through research activity. We have nationally and internationally recognized scholars researching in such areas as strategic management, motivation, corporate governance, ethical leadership, negotiations, human resource management, and team dynamics. Scholarly activity of our faculty is demonstrated through research in top-tier journals and more broadly demonstrated in the full profiles of our faculty. Community outreach is another strength of our department, with many of our faculty members participating in public programs and seminars offered through the Center for Executive and Professional Development.
