Jeffrey Hanson teaches professional writing courses related to domestic and global careers. Through his joint appointment in the EMS/Linguistics Program, he also teaches graduate-level communication courses for international students. His academic background includes numerous conference presentations and four years of teacher-training abroad--in Estonia, Hungary, Russia, and Saudi Arabia--under the U.S. State Department. He received UCSB's Distinguished Teaching Award in 2007.
