The rent includes all utility bills, internet costs, contents insurance and cleaning of kitchens once a week. Contracts are for a fixed term of 40 weeks. Facilities The learning centres offer integrated free internet and email access, library, computing and media support services. Wireless internet access is available on all campuses. Oxstalls campus offers up-to-date sports facilities and technologies. Park campus includes a medical centre, launderette, and 24 acres of landscaped grounds and gardens. Francis Close Hall campus hosts 21st-century state-of-the-art laboratories, ICT and design studios. The Centre for Art and Photography is a creative hub for art and design students. Transport There is an inter-campus bus service available during term-time between Gloucester and Cheltenham. Both Gloucester and Cheltenham are well served with road and rail links.
