Edwin Liu holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California State Polytechnic, Pomona and a Master of Science in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation. He is the principal of ISOFORM, a design consultancy that pursues novel design through the creation of spaces, objects, and experiences. Edwin was formerly a designer at Frank Gehry’s office from 2006-2009. At Gehry Partners, Edwin was a member of the design team on several projects including Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, Foundation Louis Vuitton, and the Barclay’s Center. Since relocating to New York City in 2010, he has worked as a freelance project designer for firms such as HWKN, Easton+Combs, Kokkugia, Formavision, and K/R Architects, and as a visual effects artist for studios such as Tronic and Logan.
