I teach courses in Academic Writing, Great Presentations, Writing for Research Publication, Communication Skills, Pronunciation for Nonnative Speakers, and Writing and Presentations 1:1 to graduate students in Computer Science, Engineering, Materials, and Environmental Science and Management. I also work with postdoctoral scholars and researchers at New York University School of Medicine, Columbia University Medical Center, and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Before joining the Computer Science Department, I taught courses in general and applied linguistics, language acquisition, language pedagogy, and ESL in the Linguistics Department, and served as Director of the ESL Program.
